This website is provided to showcase our product catalog and enable inquiries. It does not process online payments; all sales, quotations and payments are finalized in-store, by phone, or via WhatsApp with our team.

• Stock availability shown on the website is indicative and may change; final availability is confirmed by our team.

3. Inquiries via WhatsApp

Clicking "Inquire on WhatsApp" opens a conversation with our sales team on WhatsApp. Any orders, quotations or agreements made through that conversation are subject to confirmation and our standard sales terms at the point of sale.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once agreed with our sales team and, where applicable, payment is received. We accept payment methods as communicated by our team (e.g. cash, mobile money, bank transfer).

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the condition of goods and proof of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with a purchase.
